This may, or may not fall into the same concept for you- but there exist(ed) sites which were there for the purpose of trolling pedos and just making them unhappy. These were much more common in the late 90s and early 2000s, prior to TCAP fame.
One of my favorites (15+ years ago, mind) was Baiting. It introduced me to the comedian Doug Stanhope, and gave me a few snippits I could use to taunt non-pedophiles alike.
