We can’t have nice things

Reborne and Blueboy are always going to have my respect for devoting time to fucking with Lorne. A) He's a shitty person who deserves to be fucked with and B) It's entertaining as hell. But I can pick up and put down Lorne calls whenever I feel like it. I usually listen to them while driving or walking the dog or whatever. I don't actually have to deal with him for hours at a time or endure him blowing up my phone. For me, that public service massively outweighs any possible missteps or less-than-ideal moves in dealing with Lorne. If that's fawning, call me Bambi, bitch.

Lemme tell you a couple of three things... 1.) there are no scraps in Phil's scrapbox 2.) he and butchie sat around all day talking shit about tony and turned into a house when tony showed up with his power tools and 3.) he took tony's fat fucking hand in friendship after his heart attack. 

Im actually kind of drawing a blank on a lot of the sopranos storyline, particularly the lupertazzi's inner conflict and then the war with the glorified pygmie crew in NJ, gonna have to head over to Borko's channel for a refresher. 

I agree with everything you’ve said here, that even the particularly abrasive criticism doesn’t mean much at the end of the day. But why would he stick around for it? Like I said, I’m sure it doesn’t keep him up at night—but if the money he gets from DSPHS isn’t worth it, nothing is. Certainly not the namecalling and perpetual bitching and moaning about unreleased calls. I’m a dick myself, and I would’ve told people to piss off long before he did. “But we were just wondering about the calls [again, for the 9,000th time].” Yeah, shut the fuck up about it. It is annoying as fuck to be asked the same question over and over and over again (see: Lorne). (And not you specifically, I’m talking about the accumulation of it. Plus the shit-talking.)

He says this:

and this:

And I think that is probably the key thing here. It isn't healthy that he was feeling this way for this long. Lorne's not an obligation it's some goofy shit we do in our downtime to entertain ourselves. Who knows what brought it to that point for him, but if I had to guess the bizarre emotional vampires on youtube telling him he was helping solve domestic abuse or saving children by doing this and God knows what else were not helping.

And I can't imagine the critics were making him hang in past the point of it being a burden, if anything they seem to have been the impetus for him finally pulling the trigger.

I know SwC is dead now but if it ever makes a comeback I saw at least one time Wes Moast did a segment where they took some histrionic schizo-poster from the forum and were reading their overly critical posts and laughing. Maybe that would be a good SwC segment if it ever returns? I don't see why criticism shouldn't be a 2 way street in this context and it may be healthier to deal with it by acknowledging it and laughing it off than pretending like it never happened and letting it eat at you.

Always makes me chuckle when people pretend that TCAP/Lornography is IMPORTANT. Like, we're basically the only thing that's protecting the precious princesses of Cornville from the horny goblin that is Lorne. He's obviously a shitty person who has learned nothing, but this is just a hobby where we goof on a dipshit. It's not like we're saving the world out here. 

I read in some of his replies on youtube where he said he isnt leaving Lornography for good.  More or less just doesnt wanna be tied down to a schedule of having to stream something new every week.  Just wants to do his own thing on his own time which I completely get.  So eventually we will still be getting new shit from him. 

I wouldnt even be surprised if he returns to streaming at some point.  Maybe not SWC but like a once in a while thing.  He seemed to enjoy it up until the end before the hiatus

I think the thing with Blueboy is that he genuinely seems to have done it for fun and content and actually legitimately doesn't give too much of a shit. It was evident watching SWC that he was much more cavalier about shit, which made the streams way more enjoyable once he outgrew his vanilla midget phase. You can see the difference in mindset and motivation in how Cas3y got released, he basically put out a call a day til he ran out of solo material. The emails took a while but thats done and I guess now we'll see if we ever finish the texts. I can understand texts/emails being a bigger bitch to put out so whatever but yeah the difference in attitude really says it all: Blueboy got shit to put out for the world, Reborne appears to have had some very peculiar notions about how to properly present it which  probably just means the bulk will never see the light of day or will still be trickling out a decade later. 

Blueboy putting out the emails and texts later didn't hurt things at all either, so I really don't get Reborne's stated need for completion. If anything, the emails coming out later made Cas3y fresh again since we now had more context. Same thing with the texts. Their omission didn't hurt the initial release though.

For whatever reason, Reborne tried to run a troll community who obsesses over a middle aged, retaded pedophile like a big friendly cornball Twitch stream chat. That was honestly never, ever going to work and yeah the end result is honestly rather lolcowish as we've both said. "Holding the community together to stick it to Lorne" is some very interesting thinking since someone with as much exposure to Lorne as he had really should have figured out that Lorne's life is going to suck just as much regardless. As far as we know from the last time it came up with Cas3y, Lorne still blames Xavier for all the catfishing. Lorneography can vanish tomorrow and Lorne will still spend the rest of his life tilting at the Xavier windmill. It doesn't matter that much.

Reborne legit seems to have worked a work and worked himself into a shoot.

She was apparently bad at trolling Lorne, which is supported by the small amount we've heard and her general failure when Jamie was a supporting character during the Winnie and Debbie sagas. The official story is that she couldn't deal with Lorne and there wasn't much calling because of that and the timezone issue. 

Then I guess some cornball "community" drama happened and she went into hiding, presumably taking whatever Original Jaime content with her to never be heard. Which frankly probably isn't a great loss, although it would have been fun to hear her failing to cash in on Will's attempts to instigate. 

I was obsessed with wrestling as a kid, and would go to the corner store to buy the new Pro Wrestling Illustrated-it was a great feeling to see the new issue-I wasn't able to get the first 4 Wrestlemanias so you had to get on a waiting list at the video store to try and rent it.  It was amazing to me when the WWE network came out, and all the content that was available to watch.
