It was a case of mistaken identity. Cody's middle name is Michael. This individual is Cody Dalton Green, the person whose mugshot I posted above.

Those were the charges Joey posted on his YouTube channel. The name matches this other Cody; he has been arrested in the same county previously, presumably because he lives there.
