Lorne's psych eval with Cas3y

I think there are RARE OCCASIONS when he admits certain truths but ultimately ends up completely forgetting it & just going back to his default. 

I also wouldn't be surprised one bit if he actually does believe the lie at this point. He has shown a remarkable ability to believe his own bullshit. 
Just look at the text exchange with Debbie after she told him about Angelo.  You can't even attempt to count how many times Debbie had to explain to Lorne that she had absolutely no interest in him but he refused to accept. She mocked him,  pointed out all his troll features , etc... 
She explained it to him in almost every call. He'd claim to understand and then freak out because she was going on dates instead of trotting her ass up to Maine to be with the guy she had interest in. When he found out about Angelo he showed just how fucking delusional he is. When she told him for the millionth Time they never were together he called her a liar and said "We were boyfriend & girlfriend and everybody knew it!"
So that shows just how deep his delusions run.

Im sure you remember Mex how we used to speculate on the possibility that when  Ember played debbie she actually may have agreed they were in a relationship but never uploaded those calls trying to make Lorne's seem crazy with his claims that they were together.
We just didn't understand how truly fucked up he was in that manner.
It was kinda like how everyone has that phase a few months in after hearing calls like Rhodas funeral & TSA when they question if Lorne is actually in on it because it's almost impossible to accept someone like 87 exists.
