Anyone else getting ice and snow?

This is probably the only time in the year where Mississippi got snow/ice.

Yesterday we got about 4 inches of snow and then some freezing rain. I took my car out just to see how my new tires performed.

I have good tires and good boots. I was mad that my truck battery went dead though. I had to take the KIA. It's 4WD which means nothing on ice.

I'm in the mountains of southern Tennessee, and we're getting some a good amount of snow. At least five inches. As someone who mostly lived down South for a while, it ain't fun slipping and falling on your ass.

I saw where people are using crock pots, on low, to leave water out for their pets.

nothing. Which is the problem

I live in a valley, and yesterday the wind was blowing all the snow onto certain parts of the road. I was driving on clear pavement for a quarter mile, and then I turned the corner and the road was covered in 4 inches, and you couldn't even see the edge of the road. It was pretty fun going through that at 10-15mph.
