With the information we have from his own mouth and from his chatlog with the perverted Justice decoys, I think it's pretty safe to say no child from the age of 13 and up was safe when Lorne Armstrong was in the same chatroom.
After hearing the way he talked about his so-called relationship with MySpace Molly in 2018, it became obvious in my eyes that any girl from the age of likely 12 and up (although people could argue that 13 would be his limit I'm not sure) would be fair game in his eyes.
He could easily convince himself that they have true , mutual feelings for each other and therefore the relationship is not wrong and he is not hurting her because he
A)really loves the child
B)children can fall in love too so it is mutual.
C)age is nothing but a number.
People might think that even though he hit up FOUR PJ decoys including Kayla in a week span that doesn't really mean anything because he was likely sending a message to every Woman in every chat room.
I do think that's possible but I disagree with anyone saying he wasn't looking for minors specifically, especially after believing that his grooming tactics worked perfectly to get Kayla on the hook.
I think the proof of that is the short conversations with the two decoys he tried to speak to after Kayla and the fact that they are basically using the same lines and tactics that he felt at worked to get Kayla on the hook.

Now maybe that's because of his long-term relationship with Molly, but we really don't know how long he spent in the relationship with Melissa do we? All we really know about her is that he claimed she was "really messed up bad" and he spent his time helping her.
I also remember when he was explaining why Molly was his victim by regurgitating the words Tiffany had just said, he mentions Melissa and says "she wasn't my victim. Oh wait, yes she was."
which makes me think that it's possible he was only able to turn the conversation sexual once or twice but that's just my guess.
Since we do know that when it comes to Kayla Molly and Melissa he met Melissa drove 3 hours and rented a hotel room in order to meet Molly and drove 80 miles across state lines to pick up 13-year-old Kayla and kidnap her for the weekend back to Nashville.
When it came to Kayla he went as far as asking her about hiding his car in the woods and trying to get her address so that he could do a trial run to her house a week earlier trying to figure out the best way to be safe about their meeting.
I mean just what we know about Kayla and Molly proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is a truly sick man who will go to extreme lengths in order to meet up with and fulfill his sexual fantasy with a child.
I think he specifically went into chat rooms that were specifically meant for people from his general area to go into so they could talk and possibly meet so in my eyes he was always looking for real life meetings not just sex talk online basically he was willing to go as far as the in particular child at the time with let him whether it was one night cyber sex like the first night of the chatlog , or if she stuck around the grooming for a real life meeting would begin and it would only take him as long as she made him wait for a meeting to be set up.
If he met a 13-year-old girl who said that she was alone that very night and he could come over he would be in his truck and on the way.
Knowing that and knowing he spent at least six or seven years in chat rooms on the internet makes me believe during that entire span of years any minor who he was able to get past day one with and somehow managed to trick into sticking around long enough to start the grooming process was in danger of not only inappropriate internet conversation but being assaulted in real life.
People can say what they want and they can think that we are maybe exaggerating his danger level.

any and every child that was close enough to him was in danger of being raped in real life,
