Unpopular TCAP Opinions

David Demers is funnier than Wilusz or Palumbo. Wilusz only had a partial interview and his chat isn't nearly as memorable as his physical appearance. Palumbo had a funny chatlog and interview, but he doesn't show much remorse so it's pretty much only his BS excuses that really stick out.


To begin, Demers has an extremely entertaining chat from the beginning. Not even just from a comedy standpoint; he travelled abroad, knew certain other languages at least at a conversational level, and even claimed to have been offered a position in the Blue Man Group, though he claimed he was turned down after confessing he didn't know how to play drums. He gets funnier somewhere down the line, beginning with the line,
"You know, having a relationship with someone under 18 is walking on thin ice..."

The Demers we know and quote begins to surface. He sends nudes of himself in the goofiest-ass poses, and asks if his genitals are "Bigger than Stephen's," apparently the name of the girl's 13-or-14 year old ex. He claims he'll "use this noodle so you can use my OTHER noodle."

Then the night finally comes, and Demers makes his date with destiny (and Chris Hansen). He walks in with what appears to be a raging stiffie, banters with Samantha Cope while seeming to make her genuinely laugh, and tries to hug her only to be denied and do a completely emotional about-face after Hansen walks out, chatlog in hand. Demers pretty much admits everything, believing Hansen to be law enforcement. After the cameras are exposed, Demers gets out one more quote with the overly cordial, "Gentlemen, have a good night..."

All of this in the span in 1 single segment of the show!!!
