Everyone knows a good screen name is intentions to be pleasurable and pleasures the ladies (and gents) down below. But what are the stories behind the TCAP screen names, and can they shed some more light on the predators themselves? I've had a go proposing some theories here.

ikeman_04 (John Donnelly): ‘Ikeman’ is a Japanese pop culture term from the 2000’s which refers to a desirable man, who displays a particular set of traits considered attractive, especially to teen females. John is quite concerned about a potential loss of reputation if he's caught. On the beach with CH he completes his life cycle from finely manicured ikeman to fully fledged RSO loser.
STANEMAC12 (Stanley Kendall): enskiptracer obtained Stanley's arrest documents which reveal that among his items seized and taken into evidence was his eMachine computer. In his work as a teacher Stanley would likely also have used or been familiar with the early/mid 2000's Apple eMac which was designed and marketed for use in schools. Were eMachines ever referred to as eMacs as well?
REDBD (David Kaye): Red beard. Indicated in the chat that he used to have a beard but shaved it off and thinks it makes him look younger. When Rabbis are that young and cute they usually looks like their mums.
greeneyed121 (Nathan Downhour): Either a reference to his hazel eyes (listed on his RSO page), or perhaps, being an ardent admirer of romantic chick-lit, it refers to being of a jealous disposition. 121 could be a course code at Taylor University where he was a sophomore apparently studying Biology or similar. In the 2006 university catalog, the year of Nathan's capture, a search of '121' matches the lab class PHY121: Survey of Physical Science for Elementary Teachers. In his chat Nathan indicated that he wished to become a biology teacher.
whittierwannado (Nicholas Cocos): A reference to the track by Mr Chino Grande?
meatrocket8 (Jay Reffner): A screen name which takes on physical form. The 8 forms a simplified outline of the external gonads of the human male (specifically, the scrotal structure containing the various testicular components). The alphabetical letters form the long, fleshy tubular shaft of the rocket body and complete the surprisingly sophisticated representation of a dick and balls ready to blast off.
m4pixeleen (Stephen Coates): Steely Dan song in which Pixeleen is a teenaged girls imaginary persona as a Lara Croft type figure. Stephen was doing something... that he shouldn't be, dreaming about predating upon underage girls.
nakzox (Davut Oskan): Oskan spelt backwards.
iurutherford (James Rutherford): "iu" for Indiana University, James' alma mater.
freebird_72000 (David Schumacher): An ironic riff on spending most of his adult life in prison.
DonCeech (Peter Sciacca): Possibly the alias used by the New York mobster Frank Scalice. Scalice had a few aliases including Don Ciccio and Don Ceech/Cheech. Perhaps he fancied the name lent him a bad boy image, to spice up his boring life.
Strega_num_7 (Jonathan Stemen): Jonathan is an aviation enthusiast and his profile pic was an aeroplane. Strega #7 is a racing aircraft, a heavily modified WW2 Australian P51 Mustang. Stemen said he was a pilot and had fantasies about having sex at an airport.
sunsetliquid (Eric Rubulcava): My theory is that it is a quote from Virginia Woolf's novel The Voyage Out: "Her heart was made of liquid sunsets." A coming of age novel about an innocent free spirited girl. Eric appears to be a very image conscious type person and would have put significant thought into his username, portraying himself as a well read sophisticated gentleman who could sweep an underage girl off her feet.
There are plenty of other thoughts on this username here:

Hambubger (James Wiles): Not 100% known, it's thought to have been his trucking handle. Other possibilities I've seen mentioned are misspelling, and the nickname 'Bub' pre TCAP.
