I'm married to one, so I can offer some insight. There are pros and cons.

Pros: Jewish women are smart, observant, and capable. They're more likely to have a high income and family connections. If you're intelligent and want a woman who can keep up with you intellectually, they're a pretty safe bet for that.
Cons: High maintenance, high expectations, and memory like an elephant. Complaint a lot. Need to get involved in everything.

If you want an obedient, demure woman for a traditional marriage, look elsewhere. The truth is, for better or worse, the modern system of marriage we have now does not support traditional marriage. The ways it's set up now favors something more akin to a partnership where equality is expected. Both spouses typically work and share responsibilities in finances, child rearing, and home maintenance. If you do go for a Jew, you need to a have a very strong personality if you don't want to be nagged and henpecked. You have to willing to lay down ground rules from the start and let her know what issues aren't up for discussion. If you don't have the stomach for that, look elsewhere. Be honest with yourself about that. If you can handle it, a good one will push you to be your best self without driving you crazy.

I am a Jewish woman, Middle Eastern descent. People are attracted to us because we are strong and aren't afraid to show it. Don't water ourselves down for men. It tends to attract weak people though and we don't have patience for them...

I've always thought that Jewish women tend to be very attractive. Whether they're American or Israeli (especially Israeli, it seems).
