Ive got Westerbeck marrying a woman named Audra Smith in ‘89 and divorcing in ‘94. He then married again to a woman named Paula Vice in ‘99 and divorcing in Sept of ‘06 it looks like.

So, yeah, it looks like he was married at the time of the sting. Maybe they’d already separated by that point, IDK. Anyway, his wife was granted divorce in Sept so figure she filed 90-120 days before that and that puts you around April ‘06, a month after he got busted on TCAP.

He was married twice? Good lord. I’m 40, and I just got married earlier this year for the first time. If I had learned about this a couple of years ago, I would’ve gone into a weeks-long funk.

Married and divorced 2nd wife, Paula Vise, in Montgomery County as well, no city named in either marriage or divorce.
Looks like he graduated from Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering, Montgomery Co, OH as well so he spent a lot of his life in Mont Co. He was born in Lima, Allen Co, OH, though.
