Granted there's no proof he's beat Sadie but there's a lot of circumstantial evidence to suggest so. He admitted to beating Bud. He's on video laughing while Roscoe is tied to a treadmill unable to leave and struggling mightily. On top of that he's also neglectful though, yes.

A lot of his online girlfriends were not fucking him over or fucking other men (Winnie as a notable exception). He was imagining it, sometimes from as little evidence as not being able to text back for 20 minutes. He expects them to cheat and largely constructs his own reality around that. He calls it cheating because it's easier for him to regress into victim hood and avoid responsibility by doing so. His psyche report address this directly. Some catfish have leaned into this tendency of his for what they consider to be comedic effect but it was he who displayed the tendency in the first place. He may well have WS and not FAS. I'm not in any way qualified to say definitively. His expensive psychologist is qualified. For the sake of argument though lets go with the notion that he's 100% purposely fucked with and unable to see that for himself because of his defect. He doesn't have to see it for himself at this point. It's been pointed out to him with full explanations and proof that it's all fake by letter writers, his family, his probation officers, his therapists, and the judge who presided over his violation hearing. The first time, maybe even second or third I could attribute to gullibility. By the time he gets to catfish number seven it's a wilful decision to live in a fantasy land because it allows him to avoid responsibility as noted earlier in my opinion.

I don't feel his anger is fully due to a mental impairment. He's unable to regulate emotions at least in part because he was never properly modeled how to by his caregivers. If anything he was modeled that suspicion and deceit are good ways to navigate relationships. It also talks about that in his psyche report. Regardless though as you become an adult you have to accept responsibility for your emotional reactions. He never does. It's not solely impairment in my opinion. It's something he naturally tends towards.

Do you not consider his aggressive drunk driving to be violent behavior? I'm willing to accept that since that could be a personal point of view but you didn't address it so I'm not sure.

Let me be clear again I think there's a good case to be made for WS. I just don't think focusing on him being non-violent or largely provoked to his reactions are good indicators. I think the cognitive impairment and more so his facial features to be much greater evidence.
