What's your main vice?

Not that per se, because I've turned down sex from multiple women.  My sense of self-worth is damaged significantly and has been for decades, and psychologically I don't feel like I deserve a partner.  So I don't have the anger towards women that the incel community does, because that loathing is instead directed at myself.  As Joker said in Arkham City, "there's plenty wrong with me."  

I've been doing a lot of work on myself and come to realize how bad my sense of self worth is. Unfortunately I lack the strength to actually change what needs to be changed.

If being on your phone is considered a vice then that's my main one. I also live in a major metropolitan area where I'm basically invisible and isolated but I wouldn't call it a vice.

Now that I think of it, posting on the Temple is probably my biggest vice lol. Although again, it's not really a "vice" since it doesn't affect my health or well-being. I don't post at work and I go to bed at a normal time now instead of posting until 5 AM.

Quit Smoking and vaping 3 weeks ago- Best decision I've ever made.

Gambling I'll sometimes drop some money if I go to the casino with mates.

Self-Isolation- ehhhh, sometimes. I'm generally more extroverted than introverted.

Drinking, not really. I'll have alcohol if I'm at a function or at a party or bar, but never drink alone. I socially drink, but never drink alcohol alone. Last time I had any alcohol at all was maybe 5 months ago.

Weed, no. Tried it a couple of times but ehhh. Drinking is more fun.

Fast Food, I probably consume the most frequently out of everything on this list. But now with being more healthy, I maybe only eat fast food once or twice a week.

I was probably in my twenties when I came to the conclusion that I was a bit of a loner. Not to the extent that you've just described, but I firmly believe that 'I'm friends with everyone' is shorthand for 'I'm a gutless twat, with no morals or standards. I will do and put up with literally anything to appease people that deep down don't give a fuck if I live or die'. These are the same people that think things as unremarkable as having a coffee on my own, or never hanging out with more than one person at a time, makes me a character from a Tim Burton film.

In my last job there were literally married middle aged blokes with children, who would go on tacky fucking package holidays with a giant gang of other brain-dead cunts from work. I always used to wonder what their kids would say at their funerals. 'Dad never really bothered playing sports with me, or helping me out with my homework. He was too busy sniffing coke and playing darts with lads half his age'

I like drinking with other people, my “problem” of late is I’m a bit of a self-inflicted buzzkill because I cut myself off early if I have my car. And in theory yes I COULD leave my car and Uber home (or walk if I’m at my usual bar) but ehhh. Probably a good thing I’m cutting myself off.
