I may go with DW4 The Crackdown version because of the Erika angle, and the fact that we see Manny Fraker in the morgue with the 13 year old prostitute.

Kinjite was one of the most confusing films I’ve seen. I have the DVD and should probably rewatch it.

10 to Midnight is a legit great movie. Warren Stacy would have fit right in on TCaP.

I re-watched Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects the other day and it was much better than I had remembered. It took me a while to find the DVD, but it's a must see. Once I was done with that one I watched Messenger of Death, where Bronson takes down the Mormon church. That's an underrated classic also starring Gene Davis (Warren Stacy), the bartender from DW 4 who doesn't want Bronson to serve the wine, and Ed Zackarias as Bronson's partner. Frank Boggs may also be in it, but I'm not sure.

The Canon Group movies had a lot of the same actors. All classics. IIRC Chuck Norris' Delta Force 1 & 2 (which are kind of wannabe Bronson movies) are the same company as well.

Oh yeah, Kinjite was a great way to end Bronson's 80's era (as well as his final collaboration with J. Lee Thompson) and was the perfect anti-predator movie...the beginning where he kicks the guy's ass while Ed Zackarias watches is a great way to kick it off. I think that guy he beats up was the preacher at the funeral near the beginning of Ten to Midnight. You're not kidding -- Cannon loved to reuse the same actors.

There's also another predator 'easter egg' in Ten to Midnight...the actor that plays the D.A. is named Robert Lyons. I haven't seen Messenger of Death yet but it's definitely on my list because it has J. Lee Thompson at the helm.

Haha good catch! Robert Lyons was in a couple of the other Cannon movies as well. Messenger of Death is worth watching. IMHO 10 to Midnight is the best of all of the Cannon films and as much as it pains me to say it it's probably a better film than DW3/4, but the DW series is so great I wouldn't give one of those up for 10 to Midnight.

They should have used Frank Boggs for the black guy in Kinjite. He must have been attached to another project.

Not to get too off topic but there are a couple books a fan wrote about the DW movies and another about the rest of the Cannon movies. They're great reads even if you read random chapters. Lots of interviews and behind the scenes facts.

I have the Mad Magazine Death Wish issue signed by Charles Bronson (long story) hanging in my office!
